Republic Airways came to CC3 Solutions with a challenge: deploy new mobile devices to 4,000 employees in a very short timeframe.

The regional airline, founded in 1974 and headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, operates fixed-fee flights under their major airline partner brands American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and United Airlines. They have flights daily to cities in Canada, the Caribbean, and the US.

CC3 Solutions took on the responsibility of deploying new mobile devices to pilots and flight attendants over the holidays.

Using our website, we allowed Republic Airline’s end users to request a device and have it shipped to their home address within a three-day shipping window. We handled all the equipment sourcing, custom staging and kitting, mobility rollouts, and warehousing.

In addition to handling every step of the device rollout process, we provided support by taking all helpdesk calls from end users after they received their devices.

This approach ensured Republic Airlines’ staff had devices configured to their unique business needs and prompt assistance when needed.
